The royal treatment

The story of Schloss Lieser began in 1884, when Eduard Puricelli, entrepreneur and wine enthusiast, built a magnificent castle. In its most recent chapters, its tale has become one of luxurious comfort as the castle has opened its doors guests.

In the heart of the picturesque Moselle valley, this traditional castle now hosts the Schloss Lieser hotel. Surrounded by a 27-acre vineyard, cultivated by the castle’s founder, it is also home to the world-famous Riesling wines. A contemporary interpretation of a Belle Epoque castle, its architecture and design take you back to an era of philosophical grandeur, whilst providing all the luxuries expected of a modern getaway.

After a day of discovery in the Moselle area, guests are encouraged to relax in the on-site boutique spa and indoor pool. Or try its famous wines during unique tastings in the private wine cellar. To compliment, the hotel’s restaurant serves an array of exquisite culinary creations. All to be savored with royally good views of the Moselle valley.
