ESTONIAN ELEGANCE

THE HOTEL TELEGRAAF RESIDES IN TALLINN’S FORMER TELEPHONE EXCHANGE BUILDING, WHICH WAS ORIGINALLY BUILT IN 1878 AS A GRAND HOME. THE HOTEL RETAINS ITS STATUS AS A VIBRANT MEETING PLACE TO THIS DAY – AND THANKFULLY, IT ALSO RETAINS ITS ANTIQUE 19TH CENTURY CHARM.

All the hallmarks of a pristine period building are here: Look up toward lofty ceilings, and look down at original parquet flooring. Guests can immerse themselves deeper into history by taking a step outside – the Hotel Telegraaf is located in Tallinn’s Medieval Old Town, one of the most complete 16th century towns in Northern Europe.

The hotel’s atmosphere of history and tradition is tempered with modern décor, and each of the 83 guest rooms feature contemporary and art deco styles. The hotel also features an airy summer terrace, where guests can relax with champagne surrounded by centuries-old architecture; the Elemis SPA with a 3x10-meter pool; and the Restaurant Tchaikovsky, serving up modern fare that blends French tastes, Russian traditions, and Estonian ingredients.
