Fireside Moments

Guest to the Lodge are greeted with warmth and familiarity of a roaring campfire

The smell of fresh pine, the thrill of ghost stories, s’mores, and cozy fireside cocktails are essential to a summer evening in the mountainous, expansive country surrounding Banff National Park.

Each weekend, Kananaskis Mountain Lodge welcomes guests to gather around their custom built, outdoor fire pit and lounge, to sip Campfire Manhattans and Ghost Town Ales and watch live performances by various entertainers from interpretive dance to folk singers to native dancers from the nearby Stoney Nakoda First Nation. Locally sourced and house made fireside snacks compliment the libations, smoked whiskies and scorched s’mores
